A short haircut from the 50’s for women with pizzazz. The blue/green hair flows with the waves as though you were watching the ocean. The hair is gelled and tapered on the sides and back. The top has cascading waves of blue and green hair towards the front of the face. The hair falls towards but above the right eye. There is a trail of the wave curls at the sides with color at the tips. The back is short and dark brown with a blunt cut at the neck. Eye and lip makeup complement the hair color.
