These well coiffed, asymmetric haircuts have an intricate, detailed look, but it’s simple. Short hairstyles require maintenance as any other hairdo.

First, get a stylist who knows how to cut hair. The hair is short on one side, and fades gently and evenly into the side of the hair that’s fuller. An exact haircut is key to wearing this stylish haircut.

Next, if the hair is relaxed you’re ready for the next step. If you’re natural, you’ll need to flat-iron the hair.

Curl the hair on the side with the greatest amount of hair using short segments of hair. smooth down the hair with styling lotion.

Last, use a styling comb to comb out the soft, layered curls.

Put on a silk bonnet at night to protect the hair and keep the short hair style intact. Black hairstyles last longer when you use a light oil or lotion on the hair every few days.

  1. Is the Ridoc wrap good to sleep in. I have wraps with the same shape. Not very wide and when I get up in the morning. I have curls that have been pushed up.and the shape is gone. I have a short hair style. I had asked my barber to do my hair in the back in a “V” shape. She never asked me to use a mirror before leaving. However I was so disappointed to fine that my hair was rounded off.
I do look forward to hearing whether the Ridoc Wrap goes higher up on the head in the back.

    Sincerely,

    Nancy
